FIRM HISTORY:
Facilities Planners + Architects, Inc. evolved from the initial working partnership
of The Brinton Group and Millman Technical Services in 1995. The co-founders, Garry
Brinton and Josh Millman, shared office space and staff at that time. This partnership
was formed to collaborate on a large project for the former Dauphin Deposit Bank.
The next substantial project was a regional headquarters for Ernst & Young. The
firm grew and relocated to larger office space in 1999, and then it expanded in
2002. In April 2007, we moved to our
current location.
The combination of experience in architecture, space planning, interior design and
project management proved to be the right solution for our clients. Over 80% of
the firm's business is from repeat clients, referral sources, or extension of project
scope or services.
