CHALLENGES:

This office building, located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was designed and built primarily for the new Holy Spirit Hospital Imaging Center. The project posed special challenges due to the imaging equipment requirements and specifications. The facility also had to meet HIPAA regulations, along with full compliance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health. The 25,000 square foot 2-story office building was completed in 2002.
