CHALLENGES:

Ethan Allen - a leading furniture retailer headquartered in Connecticut - wanted to establish a new store in the new Paxton Town Centre in Central Pennsylvania. This store would be an "in-fill" between two existing shops and reflect their new prototype design features. Site adaptation required numerous modifications to their prototype and adherence to the design criteria of the retail center owner.

SOLUTIONS:

This new Ethan Allen store is 20,150 SF, with 30' column spacing. It features a large skylight in the Lobby and four other small skylights at the Design Center and feature display areas. The new Ethan Allen front facade was incorporated in the overall facade of the retail center. Merchandising and display requirements were adapted based on direction from the store planning group.
