CHALLENGES:

R.S. Mowery - a leading contractor/developer in Central PA - had a multi lot site for potential new construction and identified the lack of Class A office space with large floorplates in the commercial marketplace. The site needed to be consolidated and a building designed that would attract high end corporate tenants.

SOLUTIONS:

A two story office building with approximately 30,000 sf net per floor was designed with elements unique to the marketplace. A large atrium with an extended translucent skylight and entry and a dramatic exposed stairway, multiple facade planes, and use of tinted glass are characteristic of the building's Class A features. A major insurance company leased 75% of the available space upon construction completion.
