Lead Interior Designer: Minimum 8 years interior design experience in commercial projects; Responsibilities include space planning, interior design detailing, lighting selection, material finish and color selection, and document coordination from schematic design through construction documents. Strong presentation skills and AutoCAD proficiency (version 2004 or higher) required. Knowledge of furniture planning, a plus. Project Manager/Architect: Minimum 5 years experience plus strong background in commercial buildings and construction documents. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Positive client, co-worker & contractor interactions required. Construction observation/documentation required. PA architectural license, a plus. CAD Architectural Drafter: Minimum 3 years drafting experience producing construction drawings for commercial applications; proven proficiency in AutoCAD (version 2004 or higher) required.
